About Sunstige Technology

Sunstige Technology has three major capabilities: "industrial knowledge", "MES-related system development", and "IOT integration application", and is quite familiar with the problems and processes of plastic/rubber/injection/extrusion factories and CNC factories.

The technical team of SUNSTIGE Co. Ltd. was established in 2017. It is a software consulting company focusing on "smart factory solutions + IOT Internet of Things". Since its establishment, it has been deeply involved in traditional plastic rubber injection/extrusion , CNC, PCB manufacturing factories, assisting traditional industries to solve production and management problems.

We pay more attention to the optimization of the overall manufacturing process. With independent development capabilities, we can assist factories to truly complete digital upgrades through customized methods in response to different needs of customers.

core idea

Taiwan has always been a country known for its service and manufacturing capabilities. Looking at the prosperity, relocation, and return of the manufacturing industry, I have been thinking about how the manufacturing industry can survive and even return to its former glory under the circumstances of insufficient resources and rising production costs.

When Germany proposed Industry 4.0 (Industrie 4.0) in 2011, the Advanced Manufacturing Partnership Program (AMP) and Made in China 2025 were echoed by other countries. Suddenly realized that when an industrial technology is raised to a national strategic level, the problems faced by traditional manufacturing industries such as talent flow, difficulty in off-site production management, loss of technical experience, and increased production costs can all be answered.

After making the production process data transparent and real-time through the concept of the Internet of Things, it can achieve control, traceability, analysis and simplify the production process to improve management efficiency and manufacturing capabilities.

Sunstige Technology hopes to use the experience and resources of factory management, process optimization, and system integration in the past to step into the Industrial Internet of Things from the production site, assist traditional industries to solve production and management problems, and move towards smart factories.
